The timetable will go as follows:
7:00pm – 7:05pm: Check in
7:05pm – 7:55pm: Group Class
7:55pm – 8:00pm: Everyone goes home
Our aim is to do two dances each week, as well as a warm up (and if time allows) a cool down dance.
Bring a water bottle and a good attitude 😀
